IMPORTANT-Rescheduling of Summer Vacations 2021 due to COVID 19
Hope this communication finds you well and safe. We appreciate your support during these highly tough times.
In view of surging COVID 19 pandemic, the DOE, through vide circular no. DE23(3)SCH.BR/2021-22/238 dated 19 April 2021, has announced Summer Vacations from 20 April 2021 to 9 June 2021.
As guided by DOE, through vide circular no. PS/ADE/PSB/2021/1665-1670 dated 21 April 2021 and in order to provide social & emotional support to our students during on-going testing times, the school has planned an Experiential Activity Program (EAP), comprising of fun-filled and joyful online activities. EAP will ensure our pedagogical approaches of experiential learning, project-based joyful learning and subject integrations in full spirit, to further support students in their learnings. EAP will enable us to equip students with creative thinking and other 21st century skills during the break time.
Grades Pre School to 8:
The school will conduct Experiential Activity Program (EAP) along with remedial support from 26th April till 14th May 2021. Updated Calendar of activities will be shared at the earliest.
Grades 09 to 12:
The school will provide online remedial support from 26th April till 14th May 2021.Schedule of remedial support will be shared at the earliest.
Outgoing Grade 12:
As announced by CBSE, the decision to hold Grade 12 Board Examination will be announced in the month of June 2021. Meanwhile, students can consult their teachers regarding remedial classes, revision sessions, practice tests, career guidance and counselling.
General Information for all grades:
• The school will reopen for all grades from 10th June 2021.
• Parents can contact respective class teachers, coordinators, councillor or special educator through an email, in need of any assistance or support.
• Parents are encouraged to maintain a positive environment at home. Encourage your child to read stories, explore S.T.E.A.M. activities, learn home gardening or indulge in kindness deeds.
• Parents are encouraged to ensure timely submission of fees. This will support the school in smooth functioning.
• Families are requested to maintain social distance, wash hands regularly, wear masks and get vaccinated at the earliest. This will ensure safety and good health of the family and the community.
