GUIDELINES FOR THE STUDENTS

  • Every student should affix his/her passport size photograph in the space provided in the Almanac.
  • Please fill up the required information about you and your parents in the space provided in the Almanac.
  • Samites should bring the Almanac to the school every day.
  • Students are required to come to the school in proper school uniform and wear their school ID card during the school hours.
  • Strict adherence to the prescribed school uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene is expected from our students.
  • Name, Class, Section and Admission No. must be clearly written on all the belongings of the students.
  • Late coming is not permitted in our school. Students coming late by five minutes will be sent back home with an information to their parent.
  • Students who came to the school by their own conveyance should reach the school at least five minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the school nor the parents are permitted to take back their wards during the school hours unless there is a serious emergency. In such cases, the permission of the Principal or Co-ordinator is mandatory.
  • Do not bring mobile phone or any other valuable articles to school, as the school shall not be held responsible for the personal belongings if they are lost.
  • Students must bring a leave not duly signed by the parents in case of absence due to medical/unavoidable reasons.
  • Students will be marked absent for the day if she/he does not attend the scheduled P.T.M along with the parent.
  • Students are advised to keep their classrooms/school campus neat and clean, waste materials and left overs must be thrown into dust bins only.
  • Damage or breakage done even accidently should be reported to the Class Teacher/Academic Co-ordinator. The students will be required to pay for any damage done by them.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend/expel the students whose conduct is harmful to other students or to the school.
  • Students must not be absent from the school on the pretext of preparatory leave before any examination unless they are given preparatory leave.
  • Every student must have at least 90% attendance in each academic session in order to qualify for the final examination /promotion to the next class.
  • No student is allowed to come to school in a self driven scooter/motor cycle or car unless they have a valid driving license.
  • Every student is expected to be courteous and respectful to the teachers, peer group and other employees of the school.
  • Students of the school are advised not to lend or borrow money or other articles from their fellow mates.
  • Any communication sent by the teacher for the parents must be conveyed on the same day and vice-versa.
  • Students suffering from any infections disease should not come to the school till they are free from such infections.
  • Please do not bring any expensive gifts for teacher/principal on your birthday or any other festivals.
 
GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS

Parent-Teacher co-operation is essential for the holistic development of the personality of the child. To bring out the best in the child, family influences should help to inculcate in him/her the desirable behavior pattern, healthy habits and positive attitudes in personal and social life. Thus, parents are requested to follow the following guidelines in the interest of their wards.

  • Parents are requested to read the School Almanac and abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the school.
  • Parents are requested to drop their wards at least ten minutes before the scheduled school time.
  • Please check the uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning.
  • Parents are requested to send all the required material asked by the school in the morning with the wards.
  • Kindly ensure that your ward carries school books, exercise books and other material according to the time-table for that day.
  • Parents are requested to attend the PTM to discuss the achievements of their wards. Please avoid negative remarks about the child at PTM and accept the child’s performance and discuss the methods to improve the performance with the child.
  • Parents are requested to check the Almanac regularly to be aware of the day-to-day class work and home work assigned to their ward. Please ensure that your ward completes his/her home work/class work himself.
  • Please do not make phone calls during the school hours as they will not be entertained.
  • Parents should not send/bring tiffin for their wards during school working hours.
  • Never condemn the teachers/Principal in the presence of your ward.
  • Parents are requested to send their wards in the school uniform on their birthday, it will be an excellent gesture to donate a plant or a book to the school library on this important day.
  • Please do not send your child to the school if she/he is unwell.
  • No students will be allowed to leave the school premises before the school gets over, unless the parent himself requests the principal for the short leave.
  • Please monitor the use of Internet access by your child.
  • Encourage your child to take balanced interest in studies and co-curricular activities.
  • The parents can meet the concerned subject teachers/Principal on all working Saturday between 9 a.m. to    1 p.m for any useful discussion/suggestions by taking prior appointments.
  • The school should not be held responsible for any mishap occurred by the private transport operators.
  • If the cheque is dishonored in any Quarterly payment of fee schedule, the school will not accept the fee by cheques and the parents have to pay the fee only by the Demand Draft along with the late fee fine and bank charges.
  • Change of Residence or telephone numbers should be intimated to the school within three working days.
  • Parents are requested to provide a photocopy of the ID Card duly attested by them of the authorised person whom they send to school to pick up their wards.
  • Kindly do not give any vehicle to those students who do not have a valid driving licence. If they do, it will be at their own risk and responsibility. The school will not provide them any parking space to park their vehicles.
